1. The service

Opus Twin provides an encrypted server reserved for you, document processing, mailbox sync, and the connection of that server to your own Claude account. It is provided by the sole proprietorship of Talat KOÇ under the Opus Growth brand.

2. Your Claude account

Your assistant runs on your Claude account. Its use, limits and price are governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and you are responsible for following Anthropic's usage policies.

3. AI output

Answers, summaries and drafts are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. For legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions you are responsible for checking the sources and making the final call. The assistant never sends email on your behalf.

4. Your content

You own the content you upload and connect, and you confirm you have the permissions required to process it (for example, for data about your patients, clients or customers). You may not upload unlawful content.

5. Subscription, payment and cancellation

The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. After that your server is stopped and your data is permanently deleted 30 days later.

6. Resource limits

Each subscription includes 50 GB of storage. Compute, synced mail volume and upload frequency are kept within reasonable limits to keep the platform stable.

7. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure; short interruptions may occur for maintenance or failures. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
